FESCO is dedicated to strengthening the community’s self-sufficiency, guiding families from crisis to stability, end their homelessness and helping them find a place called home. Our services include emergency shelter, transitional living homes, supportive coaching, children’s programs and resource accessibility.
Our Programs
A safe, warm and emergency shelter that houses up to 8 families of all configurations. The shelter open 24/7 and provides case management, life skills classes, employment training, parenting classes and children’s activities. Our team also provide linkage to independent housing, benefits acquisition, healthcare services for up to 60 days.

Banyan house offers 6-month transitional housing for homeless families who need extra time to gain employment or attend school/vocational training. The house accommodates 8 families in a 28-bed facility with 1-2 private bedrooms and bath, shared community/dining spaces, a community computer room, and outdoor recreation space, including a children’s playground. Families pay 30% of their adjusted gross income toward rent while residing at Banyan House. Our training and skill life programs are tailored to families transitioning from shelters.

Stable Housing Program
This is a four-unit permanent housing project, which provides permanent low-cost rental housing and supportive services.

is a one-year rapid re-housing initiative that provides housing subsidies and support services to families in scattered community housing. Over the course of the program, families gradually increase their rent payments, ensuring they exit the program fully prepared to sustain their housing independently.
serves families previously experiencing homelessness, with at least one adult living with a disability. Families in this program pay 30% of their income toward rent, while receiving essential supportive services in scattered community apartments and houses.
Children’s Programs
Recognizing that nearly two-thirds of our residents are children, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive services that not only support parents but also ensure that children thrive throughout their experience of homelessness. Our services encompass ASQ/ASE developmental assessments, tutoring, age-appropriate enrichment activities, parenting classes, and assistance with school enrollment and readiness, and facilitating access to childcare options.
