  • Our Primary Care facilities provide pediatric health supervision for children from birth to 19 years, ranging from routine preventative care to the management of chronic medical conditions. Same-day acute visits, our established patients have access to a 24-hour nurse hotline, and some evening visits.

    Additional Services :

    Claremont Psychiatry = Clinics with psychiatrist as a consultant. Claremont pediatricians often attends the appointment. The pediatrician prescribes the medication with the psychiatrist's consultation. Referred by primary care. 

    Claremont Behavioral = clinic with MD who completes a brief development assessment. NP provides consultation to Claremont pediatricians to prescirbe medications for youth with diagnoses of developmental delay, autism, pervasive development disorder, Asperger's AND mental health conditions. Referred by primary care. 

    Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) Medication = NP co-located in Primary care. Mild to moderate symptoms. Goal is to return to primary care provider to manage medications. 3-4 visits. No recent psychiatric hospitalizations. Referred by primary care. Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) Therapy = Brief therapy (parenting, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation), mild to moderate symptoms, not for case management, no recent psychiatric hospitalizations. Referred by Primary care.

    Immigration Clinic: Saturdays. Directed by Doctor Zarin Noor 

    Chasing Healthy Outcomes: Obesity, Diabetes, and nutritional education clinic. Directed by Doctor Lydia Tinajero

    Asthma Clinic: to be referred by a primary care physician
