• West Oakland Health is a nonprofit clinic in west Oakland that offers ambulatory health care services, including adult medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, pediatrics, dental, optometry, radiology, laboratory and pharmacy and emergency medical care. Most medical and dental care is provided on an appointment basis (it is recommended patients schedule appointments ahead of time to reduce waiting time).     Medical care and related ancillary services (blood-draws, health education, social services) are available to everyone, regardless of ability to pay. No insurance? WOHC offers discounts on the cost of care for uninsured and low-income patients. The discount amount depends on patient income and family size. Please contact us or stop by one of our health center sites so that our Enrollment Specialist staff can help you review what insurance will cover your care and/or apply for affordable health and dental care coverage.

    WOHC offers emergency food help. 

    West Oakland does not offer emergency care. In case of emergency dial 911 or go to the nearest hospital.
