Services provided by Immigration Law Program:
-Provide legal consults, investigate eligibility for relief and assist in applying for immigration relief.
-Assist victims of crime and asylum seekers.
-Help individuals who are petitioning for family members to this country, applying for legal residency or citizenship, renewing their green card and work permits and fighting deportation.
-Assist youth in filing for legal status under the Deferred Action Executive Order.
-May having fee waivers approved for our extremely low income clients.
-Make referrals to non-profits and low cost immigration attorneys.
-Collaborate with other agencies to strengthen our outreach and education services, and enhance the legal expertise of our attorneys.
-Provide services.
Asylum and Deportation Defense Program
The Asylum and Deportation Defense program provides legal consultations and represents children, adults, and families residing in the San Francisco community before the San Francisco Immigration Court and the San Francisco Asylum Office. Program:

-Advanced Health Care Directives and Witness Signatures
-Power of Attorney (financial)
-Consumer debt (if sued by creditors, harassed by collection agencies or identity theft)
-Citizenship applications

*All services are available to people living in San Francisco that are age 60+ or adults with disabilities ages 18-59. Please be aware that this does not include family law, divorce, Medi-Cal, or other civil cases. We can refer you to an organization that does handle these issues. *
Workers’ Rights Program:
-Protects the rights of low-wage and immigrant workers who have been exploited by unscrupulous employers.
-Assists workers with the enforcement of San Francisco’s labor ordinances, including minimum wage violations, paid parental leave, lactation in the work place, family friendly leave and fair chance ordinance, among others.
-Represents workers with misclassification, wage and hour cases or wage theft, unlawful employment discrimination as the placing of English-only policies in the workplace, and sexual harassment and retaliation cases in the workplace.
-Provide education and outreach.
