Notes / Limitations:
Move + Thrive is not a live or in-person fitness program — it provides digital resources only.
It does not directly provide clinical or physical therapy services; its output is meant to be a supplemental tool rather than a substitute for professional care.
The initiative is primarily designed for adolescent populations; younger children or adults outside of this scope may find limited fit.
Because the project is integrated with academic research, the availability of new video content or updates may depend on funding cycles, staffing, and research priorities.
The provider guides are meant to support distribution, but the initiative does not guarantee integration in all health systems or clinics.
As with any digital resource, access depends on having internet access and a device capable of streaming video.
