    -Fremont High School in Oakland 

    -Oakland Frontline Healers

    -CVS 

    -La Clinica de la Raza 

    -Rite Aid 

    -Safeway 

    All vaccination sites follow general eligibility guidelines and are only available for their patients of these medical centers: 

    -UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland (Only for Ages 16-21)

    -Kaiser Permanente 

    -Sutter Health 

    -Stanford Health Center

    General Eligibility Guidelines: 

    Pfizer Vaccines approved for people 16+

    Moderna and Johnson & Johnson Vaccines approved for people 18+

    
    

    •50 or older (as of 4/1/2021)

    
    

    •Healthcare workers , long-term care workers, community health workers, emergency service workers, in home supportive care (16+ depending on the vaccine available at vaccination site)

    
    

    •If you work in Education or Childcare (16+ depending on the vaccine available at vaccination site)

    
    

    •Janitors and public transit workers (16+ depending on the vaccine available at vaccination site)

    
    

    •If you have food-related jobs: restaurants, grocery stores, food delivery, agriculture (16+ depending on the vaccine available at vaccination site)

    
    

    •At high risk due to medical conditions: Diabetes, Cancer, kidney disease, obesity, heart conditions, pregnancy, down syndrome many other health conditions (16+ depending on the vaccine available at vaccination site)

    
    

    •Are at high risk due to disabilities, living spaces, and work environments (16+ depending on the vaccine available at vaccination site)
