• The mission of the Feed My Sheep Food Ministry/Farmer's Market is to create access to good, healthy food in the community. We believe that access to nutritious food is a basic human right. The program is designed to serve East Oakland and its surrounding communities. It provides a unique opportunity for people to turn to for food. It is a volunteer driven program that have in the past, distributed the following: food boxes/bags, nutritional bag lunches, clothing, and offered a variety of referrals services. We serve senior citizens, low-income individuals, families, children, homeless, the unemployed and anyone in need of food.

    The program is designed to serve East Oakland and its surrounding communities. It provides a unique opportunity for people to turn to for food.

    It is a volunteer driven program that have in the past, distributed the following: food boxes/bags, nutritional bag lunches, clothing, and offered a variety of referrals services. The food pantry/mini-mart began operation on March 2, 2012.

    We serve senior citizens, low-income individuals, families, children, homeless, the unemployed and anyone in need of food.

    We offer a program that is based on a compassionate hand out and hand up as we respect the dignity of each person we serve.
