Berkeley Day Camps:
Berkeley Day Camp is one of the best traditional outdoor Day Camp programs in the East Bay! We believe strongly in the power of spending time in nature. Berkeley Day Camp staff are committed to ensuring that each camper’s summer is safe, fun, and filled with memories and friendships that will last a lifetime. A counselor in training program is also available. Check the website for summer 2018 information.
Berkeley Overnight Summer Camps:
Do your kids get restless during the summer? Do they need some summer-time playground fun (and do you need a break)? This is the right program for you! Participants will enjoy a variety of activities such as games, arts and crafts, sports, and making new friends, all while being supervised by trained City of Berkeley staff. Choose from one of our various locations throughout the city
SUMMER FUN CAMPS AT COMMUNITY CENTERS
Join us for some FUN during your summer vacation at one of our three community center Summer Fun Camps – Explorer’s Camp at James Kenney Community Center, Arts Discovery Camp at Frances Albrier Community Center, and Sports and Games Camp at Live Oak Community Center. Participants will enjoy days filled with sports, arts and crafts, group games, weekly swim days, as well as local and major field trips to locations such as Great America or Prewett Water Park. (Major trips require additional fees.) Each location offers a special focus, so choose one (or two or all three) that interest you!
