The School Based Health Center (SBHC) provides medical services including reproductive health, prevention and treatment of STIs, sports physicals, and immunizations. Patients are also seen by a clinical health educator who conducts one-on-one appointments that cover issues ranging from sexual health to nutrition. In addition, the TigerClinic offers behavioral health services to students through an onsite behavioral health specialist. The TigerClinic uses an integrated care model to provide holistic comprehensive support for its patients. The TigerClinic also supports community health education through the Fremont Youth Wellness Advisory Board (YWAB), a group comprised of peer health educators who are passionate about changing and improving the health of their school community.
Students can drop by the clinic to schedule an appointment with one of our providers before and after school and during lunch. They always need to have a pass to be seen during class period. Drop-in hours are daily from 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM. Services are always FREE of charge and available to everyone, regardless of citizenship and insurance status.
