The Berkeley Drop-In Center is recovering unhoused and behavioral health partners inspiring each other to be all we can and want to be, connecting us to our unique selves, to each other, and to the wider community by building a strong, peer-run program that engages us in mind, body, and spirit.
We do this by providing support, services and activities that encourage personal, educational, and social growth in the hope of making lasting positive changes in ourselves and in the communities in which we live.
Regular Services Include:
Free Mail Service, Free Lockers, Refreshments (coffee, snacks, & hot food), Phone Service Computer Access, Urgent Needs (clothing, shoes, hygiene kits).
Payee Service, Housing: assistance with the application, connect to resources, housing retention, Employee Assistance, ID Application Assistance, Assistance in researching other resources as needed.
